For over 46 years, Lehi Sheet Metal has been producing quality precision sheet metal products.
LEHI Sheet Metal Corporation opened in September 1978 in Ashland, MA in a 3,000 square foot building. In 2018 LEHI, became a legacy owned company with the sale to longtime general manager and son, Darren. In January 2020, LEHI Sheet Metal further strengthened its core with the onboarding of a new female CEO, Lori Bullen. Lori’s background in process and project management as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma methodologies proved key to enhancing the overall growth and prosperity of LEHI.
In 1980, Lehi Sheet Metal moved to Westborough, MA and expanded to a brand new 20,000 square foot building to house operations.
Chief Executive Officer: Lori Bullen
Lori holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. After college she began a career at the USPS and worked her way through the ranks to become an Area Manager in Boston, MA. Her business mind and forward thinking strategies resulted in numerous cost saving measures within the organization throughout her 27 year tenure there. In 2020, Lori brought her critical thinking to LEHI Sheet Metal to enhance their business model. Lori is Process Management and Project Management trained and certified, Lean Six Sigma trained and Green Belt certified.
President: Darren Bullen:
Darren attended Plymouth State University where he majored in accounting and minored in both marketing and mathematics. Post college, Darren began his career at Lehi Sheet Metal to assist with running the family business. He identified inefficiencies and developed processes for improvement, while coordinating and implementing these strategies to the benefit of the company and employees.
Darren expanded the business model while enhancing quality and on-time delivery. Processes were streamlined and customer satisfaction cemented in these improvements.
Employee Commitment
Our employees at Lehi Sheet Metal are second to none. We have built our legacy on creating and fostering an exceptional employee relationship. We take great pride in our employees and they have mastered relaying that pride into the production of our products for our customers. The average number of years our employees have been with Lehi is 16 years.
LEHI Sheet Metal History
In 2001, we expanded our building space to 50,000 square feet. With the expansion came upgrades on equipment to continue to streamline and enhance processes.
In 2007, we purchased a paint and powder coating company and brought it into the building. Galaxy Coatings, Inc. further assisted with customer requests as we then had the ability to maintain oversight of production and painting within the building.
In 2025, a machine shop, East Coast Machining Solutions, Inc, entered the Lehi Sheet Metal building to further enhance our “one stop shop”. We expanded our ability to service customers with precision sheet metal production, painting and powder coating, and machining, all under the same roof.
Throughout the years, we have continued to grow the companies and bring the latest technology and machinery to the operations. Not only do we have the ability to fabricate, machine and paint on site, we have top of the line welders, assembly personnel, quality inspectors and engineering department to ensure all aspects of our products meet customer expectations.
Our focus was, and still is, to keep our Vision Statement at the forefront. Our employees and customers are the priority as we deliver world class quality products. We continue to prove this with a greater than 99.% quality products. Our ingenuity is continually challenged as we strive to be the best in the industry.
Lehi Sheet Metal is built on a base of Visual Manufacturing, is ISO 9001 Certified (2010), ITAR certified (2017) and nearing AS-9100 certification.
